1. Menu Scanner via QR Code

Each table, sunbed, or bar has a board with a QR code. The scanner app or regular phone camera recognizes the QR code and automatically redirects the guest to the menu for that location.

2. Displaying the Digital Menu

After scanning the QR code, the digital menu tailored to the selected language and location opens automatically. No app download required – everything runs directly in the browser.

3. Language Selection – English

Guests can change the menu language at any time via the sidebar. The system remembers the selected language, making the experience smoother and more accessible.

4. Language Selection – Greek

For example, Greek guests can select "Greek" and instantly view a fully localized version of the menu.

5. Calling the Waiter

If the guest needs assistance or prefers not to place an order through the system, they can simply tap the "Call Waiter" option. The waiter will instantly receive a notification to assist the guest.

6. Call Status

Once the guest calls the waiter, the button becomes disabled until the waiter confirms they’ve attended the guest. After confirmation, the button is re-enabled.

7. Adding Items with Additions

When placing an order, the guest can select a base item and customize it with additions – all through a clean and simple pop-up interface.

8. Waiter Instructions and Add to Cart

Guests can also include special instructions for the waiter for each item.

9. "Info Total" per Item in Cart

Each item in the cart includes a total summary preview showing the cost breakdown.

10. Opening the Cart

The cart can be opened by tapping the cart icon or the quick edit button available for each item.

11. Modifying and Sending Orders to Waiter

Items can be removed from the cart by tapping the "x" button – even if the order was already sent but not yet picked up by the waiter. It’s important to remember that after any changes (removing or adding items), the guest must press the edit/update button to resend the changes to the waiter.

12. Order Submission Status

After an order is submitted, the guest receives a visual confirmation. If the system is paused, the guest will be notified. The message will indicate whether the pause is temporary or due to overload. Waiters can pause the system manually, or the system can auto-pause if too many pending orders exceed a configured limit (default is 25).

13. Live statuses

Guests can always check the status of their order in the sidebar.

Quick Start – Two Easy Paths

Option A • Self-Serve with Test Account

1. Log in with the demo credentials we provide.
2. Open the Moderator panel to rename, price and reorganise the digital menu to suit your venue.
3. Print QR codes yourself (Print 4 per page or Print 9 per page),
   or select PDF instead of the printer and forward the file to your local printer for lamination or custom design.

Option B • Let Us Set It Up for You

1. Export your menu in CSV using the template below (or send a PDF / PNG if CSV is not available).
2. Include your business details  (venue name, address, contact, logo)  so we can create your dedicated account.
3. We import everything, generate your branded QR codes, and email back login credentials plus ready-to-print PDFs.
